I saw this building yesterday while walking around Circular Quay with a friend. I don’t get down to Circular Quay that much these days, and I remarked to my friend that I didn’t recognise this new building. It turns out that it has been open since May 2011, so I guess I could be excused for not noticing the building (or maybe I just need to get out more?). Plus, it’s only really noticeable when viewing the city from the north.
